To extend your warranty or add coverage against accidents, we've got you covered with two great options:

  • 2-Year Protection Plan – Adds an additional year to your manufacturer's warranty.
  • 3-Year Protection Plan w/ Accident Coverage – Adds 2 years to your manufacturer's warranty, along with one free replacement for accidental damage such as drops and falls.

Each Protection Plan includes these great features:

  • Protection against defects due to manufacturing. (For other types of issues such as weather damage, drops, falls, etc get a protection plan that includes Accident Coverage)
  • Total flexibility – add or cancel your protection plan any time during your 90-Day Money Back Guarantee period, as long as you haven't used it yet.
  • No deductibles, restocking fees or other hidden fees. Your only responsibility is the cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • Your product will be replaced and shipped directly to you at no charge.
  • Processing turnaround time is just 3–5 business days once your return is received.

Accident Coverage:

We understand that accidents happen. Plans with Accident Coverage come with all the great benefits of our regular Protection Plan and add 1 free “oops!” replacement. This covers any weather damage, drops, falls, kid damage, pet damage and more!

We know the list could go on and on but rest easy – you're protected with Accident Coverage.

( Just keep in mind that Accident Coverage does not cover damage due to unapproved repairs or modifications. When in doubt, contact us first! )

Here's How It Works:

In the unlikely event your product stops working, give us a call at 1-800-657-8214, start a live chat, or send us an email.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 6am to 5pm PST and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm PST.

A Customer Care Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA, simply send the device back to us and we'll replace it for free. It's that easy!

The Fine Print:

Protection Plans must be redeemed by the original purchaser and only cover products purchased directly from Good Life®.

We split the shipping costs with you. While the cost of shipping your product back to us is your responsibility, we'll cover the cost of shipping a replacement unit back to you.

Please note that your Protection Plan start date does not reset when you receive a replacement.
